Having strong connections and roots with one of the oldest regions in the Indian Sub-continent – Sindh, but spending majority of our lifetime outside of our homeland, my husband and I always wanted to highlight the rich and colorful culture of the Indus Valley Civilisation that has been in existence for centuries. The best way we could do this was by bringing to the world something that is unique to this region and reflects world’s oldest civilization “The Indus Valley Civilisation”…… Hence “THE AJRAK”
“The Ajrak”, is not only a collection of traditional-contemporary designs at reasonable costs, it is an effort to support the local cottage industry by giving them an access to the world.

Ajrak, a traditional block-printed fabric, would forever continue to be our core theme and reason for existence.
