Where is The Ajrak office located?

  • Our head office is in Dubai, UAE.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • UAE & Pakistan: Cash on Delivery (COD)

What is your exchange and refund policy?

  • Inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be in original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchange/refund is processed depending on the situation and reason.

I did not receive a sales order summary. What does this mean?

  • You should get a confirmation email within 15 minutes.
  • Check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • If not received, your order was not successful – please reorder.
  • You can also log in to My Orders to confirm.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
